Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Your return will be processed as a store credit ONLY for a future purchase. Items must be unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging. All items marked as *Final Sale* are not elligable for returns. To begin the return process, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number or proof of purchase. DO NOT put anything in the mail UNTIL we have instructed you to do so. There are no restocking fees. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All shipping expenses incurred from returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be applied to your account for a future purchase.
Any order cancellation will be refunded in the form of shop credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only work to replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Sometimes exchanges in these 3 situations are not possible due to supply. If you need to exchange it for the same item, FIRST send an email to email@example.com. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any other orders outside of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive an item and it’s too large or small and you’d like another size, we recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Shop credits will not be initiated until we’ve received & processed the returns.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified via emal of your shop credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After you have receive return instructions, you should mail your product to: 535 Cooper Commerce Dr, Ste 330, Apopka FL 32703, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
